Comment: I have used the Vital Radiance Moisturizing Smoothing Lip Primer for about 4 years. It is very hard to find now since Vital Radiance Products have been discontinued. This is a light moisturizer and it keeps lipstick from feathering. It really works, believe me I know - I am 63 and there are lines and I wear red lipstick. I stocked up with 4 of them. It is the best I have found so far.
