Summary: Works very well but only when caught very early!
Comment: I really love the zeno!! I've tried a bazillion prescriptions and I did find a couple that work but they just reduce acne. When I feel a little bump coming up under the skin, theres nothing the creams can do. This is where the zeno is great!! My main problem is that I usually have a cyst or two and the zeno says it doesnt work on cysts but it does!! Given I do treat each one like 4 times but it's worth it. All have not even come up except for one that came fully to the surface that same day and went away the next.
the reason for 4 stars is becuase you have to catch pimples as early as possible. But it's not too big of a deal for how well it clears it!!

Comment: I don't know how many reviews I've read over and over before finally purchasing this product. I had doubts but was praying for the best. I know that this is a sensitive topic for most people. I do not have serious chronic acne and I think this product is best for someone with an occasional breakout here or there. I have tried ProActiv, and just about every over the counter product, from Clinique to Clean & Clear. I have also seen 2 dermatologists, only to receive creams that dried out my skin and made it peel and burn.
You know when you get those painful blemishes below the skin that you have to wait forever for them to go away or break the surface of your skin? This is PERFECT for those. I woke up one morning, tried the Zeno on it one time in the morning and by the end of the treatment, it was barely noticable and less painful. In the afternoon, I did another treatment on the same spot, with better results. I did it one more time on the same spot even though it was almost gone in the evening and the next day, poof! It was like it was never even there.... I don't know of any cream that can do that without drying and peeling and redness. This is the answer to all my prayers. I could not be happier.
Zeno is easy to use. Just wait until the light blinks green and press the button and place the tip on the affected area. It warms up. Not hot, but warm. It beeps ever so often to let you know that it's still working and after about 2 minutes it gives a final series of beeps to let you know it's done.
I also love the little carrying case with mirror. It's small enough to throw in my purse. And unless you know what Zeno is, you'd never know what it was for (perfect for those teens who may be embarrased over having shelves of acne creams and solutions).
One of my friends is a dermotologist. I told her about the product and she went and bought one the next day. Now she's a believer too!!!
