Summary: Definitely a little wary
Comment: The 9000e one man earth auger got delivered a few days ago from ALTA. It came in a ripped and dented up box, with no packing material whatsoever. I'm not overly thrilled about paying 4 bills for a product that seems to not only have been just thrown in a box, - - but seems to have been thrown around even more after it was in there, - - with absolutely no protection.
I haven't even been able to use it yet, - - because although the unit itself specificly says the fuel-to-oil ratio should be 40:1, - - the booklet(s) that came with it both specificly say the fuel-to-oil ratio should be 24:1.
I'm waiting for them to call me back, - - but am sure not very confident they know what's up.
