Comment: This is the second time you have asked me to rate this purchase and this is the second time I have to tell you that the product has not been received yet - nor has Goodman's provided any expected shipment date. After we responded to your first email asking for our opinion, Goodman's replied (email 12/19/07) that the item should be shipped sometime in the future - but could not provide a forecasted date of shipment. Meanwhile, we have already paid you the full price of this order, but have received nothing. Hopefully, you can surmise that we are not too happy with Amazon right now.
