Summary: Frugality at a price
Comment: It works. My old one quit. For the price, you can't say much more.
It makes an ANNOYING high pitched whine that my original Braun ($80?) did not make. I'm not yet sure the whine is worth the savings.

Summary: Great product and great buy
Comment: I just replaced my old Braun with the same, or similar model. It's warranteed for 2 years, the old one lasted for 12. The small brush head is effective at getting into tight spaces around the back teeth and keeping periodontal disease at bay. Has a very small footprint also. Highly recommended and a great price.

Summary: An addictive brush
Comment: I was instructed by my dentist to get a power toothbrush. He specifically said an Oral-B rechargeable not a battery type. I have used it for two years, maybe more and think it is great. I find I cannot even use a "manual" toothbrush anymore as it does not feel like my teeth are clean. The dentist has also noticed a difference.
It appears that they last about two years before the battery will no longer hold a charge. When I went looking for a replacement, all the usual places like Walmart and Walgreens, wanted $70 or more for what seemed to be the same functionality. I was happy to find a reasonably priced one on Amazon.
One caveat, the replaceable brushes are not cheap. Also, until you get used to it, brushing can be a little messy

Summary: Oral-B bargain
Comment: After using a similar Oral-B electric toothbrush for years and loving it, that one gave out and I replaced it with this unit. It is nearly identical to my old one, but it comes with the small travel charger (which I really appreciate) but lacks the 'charging' light on the unit and doesn't come with a travel case. The battery doesn't seem to last as long as the one on the old unit, but it still lasts a few days between charges. Overall, it is a good value purchase.
