Comment: i owned a wep 200 and it worked great but kept falling out of my ear and finally got lost, so i thought i would try the 420 nearly 3 times the price because it had a ear attachment, big mistake, the product works very well with my samsung phone but is worse then the 200 for not staying in your ear or on your head. the ear attachment design is HORRIBLE!!! there is no adjustments for fit, NONE!! the piece that sticks in your ear is too large and wont stay put, the ear hook cant be adjusted and even if you take the chance on bending it to fit better, if you flip it for the other ear it now is bent wrong for the other ear. another irritation is when you try to push the thing back into your ear you invariably click a button that dials someone. my opinion is get the wep 200 at least the ear piece is semi-adjustable, the electronics seem to be the same and its lots cheaper. shame on bang and olusen for putting their name on this poorly designed contraption. i wonder if they even bothered putting this on more then one person when testing it.
