Comment: Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and has already broke. There were 3 different settings, lower back, upper back, full back, which never worked correctly. It always went full back regardless of what you set it on. Definetly not worth what I paid for it and would not recommend it to anyone.

Comment: I waited a couple of months before writing this and I have to say I love this thing. It is quite powerful and probably not for everybody. It took me awhile to get used to it but I look forward to my nightly massage while I watch the Wheel and Jeporady.

Comment: I first purchased one of these in December from Sears. The massage was nice, although I could feel the massagers grinding a bit in their sockets in the upper part of the cushion. But the moment I tried to turn on the heat, the whole thing just stopped dead and I could not get it to power up again at all. I took it back and it was replaced. I was afraid to try the heat option again until recently, and with good reason -- the second cushion died in the exact same way!
No more of these for me -- I'm outside the return window for the second one, so I'll just take it as a $99 lesson not to trust Homedics products and spring for a more reliable massager.
