Summary: Bring on the jitters!
Comment: I have tried and used several products before with pretty good results. However this product as directed gave me serious jitters, even in the "getting used to it" phase when you only take a few per day. Aside from the jitters, I have a technical job and could barely concentrate. If you have a job that requires intense concentration, this might not be for you. Also, make sure you ease your way into the max doses!!!

Summary: There is no magic pill
Comment: I wonder how many of the people giving this product a bad review actually workout and have a clean diet. If you expect to take a "magic pill" to loose weight without having a healthy diet and exercising I can assure you that you are wasting your time. Unfortunately there is so much disinformation out there that makes people believe that by starving and taking fat burners they will look better. Clean up your diet and exercise and you will see the difference.

Comment: Lipo 6 works well to assist in supplementary fat burn, but a few things need to be considered, in reference to its effectiveness and possible side effects.
1. The effectiveness/side effects are contingent upon your starting position. If you are heavily overweight, expect good results and many early side effects. If you have low body fat, low weight, etc, then they won't do anything for you, except perhaps some unpleasantness, and perhaps you're just obsessed. If you are very active but have fat to burn or are still a little overweight, they should be effective with minimal side effects.
2. YOU MUST BE WORKING OUT, or they will not work. You cannot grab a magazine and do 20 casual minutes on the recumbent bike. You must be pushing yourself, breaking a sweat, etc. If you aren't communicating to your body, 'It's time to WORK,' then your body won't properly employ this stuff, and it will increase the chance of side effects.
3. They OVERLOAD these things with caffeine. 200 mg is a lot for someone who doesn't typically ingest caffeine in any form, like me. I take them exclusively in the morning, before working out, and NEVER after noon. They work fine that way.

Comment: Nope, I haven't lost anything. Did the die and exercise as well and didn't see any lost in fat weight or anything. A gimmick? I'll never know. I guess it works for some people and doesn't. Either that or I accidently got the placebo pills while everybody got the real thing.
