Summary: Ideal set top box
Comment: I bought this device with one purpose in mind - a Linux based media client. To that end, it has a T8100 CPU, 2GB of memory and a 7500rpm 100GB disk plugged in, plus external blue tooth and IR receivers ( Looking back, I should have just opted for the top end machine but I had the external things anyway). Maybe a little overpowered but hey, this is reasonably future proofed.
So, with Mythbuntu installed, plus a VirtualBox XP VM (for Netflix streaming), the system performs well. Video and audio are good and when running, the box is rock solid. This was an addition to an existing MythTV network so this is purely a client.
Pros: Excellent machine with enough power for my purposes. Quiet, well built, easy to assemble.
Cons: Under linux, there are a few suspend/resume issues for the display drivers but I'm working through those. Nothing else really - wakeOnLan would be nice..

Comment: Es exactamente el tipo de equipo que buscaba. Space saving and low power consume. Be advice that you will need the processor, the HD and the memory. But it is a great piece of hardware when you need something to "hide" a "always on" machine... nice tool from the Aopen people...
