Mousseron Mushrooms are small, delicious mushrooms from France. Mousseron have a deep golden hue with lacy, deep gills and very thin stems. Mousseron Mushrooms have a wonderful flavor with a soft and chewy texture. The smell and flavor of a Mousseron is reminiscent of porcini mushrooms.
