Customer Rating: Summary: Teacher's Toolbox Comment: This is the same version as 3.0 as I haven't found any differences. You still can't export grades to a report card, import student photos or information and it still doesn't include a lesson planner. Find it to be not user friendly and primitive, something that you have found 10 years ago using DOS. Folder path driven rather than graphics/icon driven. I have been using the original version for 15 years and have depended on it to record my grades and provide progress reports for my students. I could not figure out how to print any reports from this software and when I tried to contact the Tech Support and the Sales Support, I just got a generic response saying someone was looking into my problem. I never received any response and returned the software to Amazon. I am continuing to use my old version. Perhaps due to the fact that I was not a user of a previous version. I was introduced to the product by a colleague. After she reviewed with me the features of the product, I decided to purchase for myself. I have found that that there is very little learning curve to begin using the product effectively. The navigation is easy and the accuracy of reporting, averaging and curving is excellent. If you haven't used grade book software for your personal use before, I highly recommend this product. This is not true, I'm stay with tt4. It's not worth returning because it is opened software.
