Comment: My hubby has started nasal rinsing for his allergies and he actually bought this at a local health food store. The second you open the jar you smell lemon and spearmint. It works way beyond regular salt and leaves your sinuses uncongested and refreshed for hours. Ths is a fantastic product, but I wonder how they get the herbals in the salt? It smells fantastic.
