Customer Rating: Summary: Great Protection Comment: I purchased these for my kids new mp3 players. I have an 8 year old who has no respect for delicate electronics. She just turns it on and goes. It was a bit of a challenge to get on but once I did, it fit like a glove and all appropriate markings were where they were supposed to be. The arm band is great. My son really loves this. He puts it on and rides his bike with no problems. I did find that the belt clip that came with it seemed a bit flemsy. The plastic is pretty pliable. We havent really used it so I dont know the endurance of it however everything else was well worth the money spent. Just be careful to line up the screen protector perfectly when you put it on and keep the adhesive side clean until you get it on your player screen. Perhaps the one downside I could point out (and I knew going into buying it that I would probably experience this) is that the raised cover for the buttons makes it harder for someone with larger fingers to spin the jog wheel. My only complaint is with the color. It is not semi-transparent, 'ice-blue' as shown in the listing, but rather a a much darker, 99% opaque royal blue color instead.
But, all I really wanted was a slightly cushioned case to protect against scratches, which it does just fine. The buttons are actually much easier to use with the case installed. They did not print a graphic indicating the location of the record button on the narrow edge.
My other suggestion would be for the product to not have the slots in the back pre-cut for the generic armband. These two long slices significantly reduce the rigidity of the back if you are using the belt clip. It would be better if they just pre-punched the four anti-tear holes at the end of the slots, but left it up to you to cut between them yourself if you choose to use the armband.
