Comment: I've found this video to be excellent. Not only can you follow their program for maximum results in 6 weeks, but you can also mix and match the various segments to your liking. I've found success with this video and the companion video. After two weeks I noticed muscle tone in my legs, abs and arms. The trainers are motivational without being sicky sweet or annoying after watching them for 6 weeks straight. I've loved this video and think you will too!
