That's my fault for not being busty enough for the rest of me, I suppose. My friend took the bust in for me, and it didn't take much time at all. I got the ice blue, and it really does look just like it does in the photo. By the way, the underskirt isn't completely tulle. The tulle is only a few inches, from where it peeks out to a little past the hem. If this dress doesn't quite work for you, I'd suggest another dress by PacificPlex. It arrived fairly quickly considering I am in Canada and it fits wonderfully. The chest is a little loose, but I am going to sew the straps on to make it a little less gaping.
