Summary: Not well conceived for a birdbath
Comment: Amazon ran this on sale about two weeks ago for $9.99, which is probably more than it's worth. After one says this item is attractive, it goes downhill from there because it's not going to be functional. If you are intending this to be a birdbath, think again. The bowl, if you could call it that, is nearly flat, having very little curve for holding water. The overall size is also very small. I can't conceive of birds actually using this for a birdbath, but in the very unlikely event that they do, I will revisit this review. I bought this for a specific purpose, which won't be for most. I have a large, unremovable, manzanita stump in my garden, and this will sit on top as decoration. Unless you can think out of the box and come up with some other use, I would recommend you not purchase this.
