Customer Rating: Summary: Like a 2nd skin Comment: I'm not a fan of big cases since I like to keep my portables as portable as possible, so I bought this item to add a layer of protection for my DS. It doesn't provide much shock protection, but it keeps fingerprints and scratches away from the part of the housing that's exposed when the DS is closed shut. The added bulk is minor and I can still fit my DS into my pouch although it takes a bit of (negligible) effort to do so. All ports and switches are easily accessible, though I'm not sure it won't interfere with additional peripherals. The added screen protectors and cleaning cloth (which is quite pretty btw) are welcome, though the screen protectors are prone to smudges. The only major negative I have is that the case is a bit tricky to remove, and the process may damage either the case or the DS. A minor quirk is that although the case closes completely, the DS itself doesn't which leaves a tiny one millimeter opening between the top and bottom edges. Lastly, mine may be an isolated incident, but my case wasn't clear, it was a translucent light brown with glitter. Didn't matter to me, but anyone seeking a clear crystal case better find another one that explicitly describes the color in its description. DealExtreme sells crystal cases for much cheaper on their site, but I chose to buy from Amazon since it was bundled with screen protectors and a cleaning cloth. Anyway, this a good buy for minimalists like me. Customer Rating: Summary: eh Comment: well thus items good and bad do to the fact that once its in its in very hard to take out in fact i had to remve soem parts of the case to remve the ds lol small parts thou thr on botton ara and the vol sin the swich stick out a bit i make it in pisbul to remove with out removing som eof the plastic very dorabl took like 40 mons to saw and ment the small pices
