Summary: Best Chocolate I've Ever Tasted
Comment: My girlfriend and I found some Blanxart Dark Chocolate at Whole Foods about a year ago. We aren't chocoholics - but one small piece of this bar sent us (well me anyway) on a search for chocolate that was as good. So far, nothing compares.
I bought this chocolate as gifts for people at Christmas time and everyone has agreed it is the best chocolate they've ever had.
I suppose it's not my job to tell you how to enjoy this chocolate - but let me tell you how I do. Let's say I have dinner and I'm still looking for something to cap it off. I used to have ice cream - man I love ice cream. But cholesterol and weight conspired against that. Now, I break off one small piece of the bar, put it on my tongue and wait for it to melt. It does satisfyingly over several minutes. Just as much food pleasure as a big bowl of ice cream and tasty.
This is to say it's not a hershey's bar - you don't have to jam a whole bar in your mouth to be satisfied.
It's probably more of a grown up taste.
