The chair was on a hardwood floor and was scratching the floor everytime you rolled it. This was not a bad purchase on my part, this mat protects the floor and the chair rolls on it with no problem. The only flaw is that the mat does slide on the floor sometimes but other than that I have NO REGRETS. More Reviews
