Summary: amazing product
Comment: "The SinuPulse is far superior for my allergy and sinus symptoms than the use of a neti pot. Neti pots are simply for washing the nasal passages and I have found their effectiveness very limited but for $15.00 I guess you get what you pay for. When it comes to my health I want the best and the SinuPulse with its advanced features including the two sprays, adjustable pressure control, and pulsating technology is the best with no comparison at least for me. If you suffer with allergy and sinus problems as I do invest in your own health and get yourself a SinuPulse. You can even get reimbursed by your insurance provider for the purchase!"

Summary: Not enough water pressure for oral irrigation.
Comment: I recently bought the SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System because I thought that I would get two great products in one machine. The water pressure for the nasal irrigation is fine; however, I find the same water pressure to be extremely low to irrigate out tonsil stones (even when set at the highest level). I had read that this machine would be ideal for that as well. Utilizing this irrigator was extremely messy and the electrical plug in cord is way too short. If I had to choose between a great nasal irrigator (such as this one) and an excellent oral irrigator, I choose the latter.

Summary: So much better than a neti pot - no comparison
Comment: I purchased a SinuPulse after seeing an ENT specialist review various nasal irrigation devices and identified the SinuPulse as the most advanced nasal irrigation system available. I had been using a neti pot and nasal rinse bottle with limited success but wanted more. After a short use of the SinuPulse my sinus headaches were gone and the annoying post nasal drip I have had for years all but cleared up.
The neti pot was very difficult for me to use and quite messy. The SinuPulse is very gentle yet strong enough to feel as if my sinuses and not just my nasal passages are being cleaned out. I don't have to hurt my back or my neck getting in some crazy position to use it like I did with the neti pot. After using it for a short period of time I have to agree it is by far the best money I have spent and clearly the best irrigator available. I even received 60% of my purchase back from my insurance company leaving my out of pocket not much more than the cost of a neti pot yet I would have spent 3 or 4 X for the relief I have received.
My wife says since using it my snoring has been reduced as well which is a big plus. 5 Stars all the way!

Summary: A great, great product!
Comment: If I had to pick the one product that has really made my life better, it would have to be the SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System. I've had sinus problems for many years and this thing has relieved most of the problems that I've had with nasal congestion and sinus infections. What it does is provide a pulsating stream of warm saline solution that gently removes toxins and mucus from the sinuses and nasal cavities. After each daily one minute treatment, I can breath perfectly normal for a long time afterwards. I highly recommend it for anybody who has allergies, sinus problems or chronic nasal congestion

Summary: Terrific product for allergy and sinus problems
Comment: I have used the SinuPulse for about 6 months after first using neti pots and squeeze bottles. During this time I have not had a sinus infection or cold and my allergy symptoms have been dramatically improved. The gentle pusating irrigation is much more effective at clearing out my nasal passgaes and sinuses than with the use of neti pots and without the mess. It is very easy to use and only takes a minute or two each morning. If you suffer from allergy or sinus problems you should look to irrigate and the SinuPulse is the most advanced unit available. I recommend this product highly.
