Customer Rating: Summary: Kimono top Comment: I would not order this item again, it is made well, but just did not work with me, and it ran small. I would probably rate it a bit better, except it looked like it was just dropped in the bag with the other one I ordered, and there was no return receipt, or anything that looked like an order receipt; this has since been resolved, but I would hope the company who makes this, is more considerate of their customers in the future. (Probably due to the top shown not fitting the mannequin it's photographed on) It does run a tad small, so buy a size larger. Overall though it's a nice top and I've received quite a few compliments. I explained this to their customer service rep and they asked me to return the item (which I had given away as a present so I couldn't return) so they offered to give me a refund on shipping charges, which they did. I paid the post office $16.00 for the return. That was over a month ago, almost 2 months. I emailed the co. 3x & never got a response. Although I did not like the fabric, the customer service was great. I was contacted by the company and they refunded my money and allowed me to keep the item and give it away. Customer service does not get better than this.
