Summary: These glasses are amazing for computer work!
Comment: I don't know about the "training technique," but I've been using pinhole glasses for years whenever I'm on the computer (which is a lot). They screen out glare and prevent eyestrain like nothing else I've ever tried. It takes a few minutes to get used to looking through the little holes, but after awhile, you won't even notice that you're wearing them. I highly recommend this product.
