Summary: Tastes as good as Candy !
Comment: I was recently given a few of these bars by my sister along with some other Healthy food and I couldn't believe how good they are. I needed to eat High protein , high fiber foods while I am recovering from a surgery I had. I purchased a box of 12 and eat them as snacks or sometimes a light lunch. I Do Not like health foods but these taste Great and they are 220 calories and provide 10 grams of fiber. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Comment: I love these bars so much that I had to write my first review after years of shopping with Amazon. The Marathon multi-grain crunch bars are a great tasting alternative to other snack bars. I have eaten many types of protein bars over the years, and this is clearly the best! All of my friends enjoy the taste, and the fact that it is a good source of fiber and a low GI food is an added benefit. Go get 'em!!
