Summary: Metal taste in mouth
Comment: After taking these for a couple of weeks I developed a strong metal taste in my mouth. It went away when I quit taking the vitamin. I am not surprised as it contains many metals such as zinc, copper, etc. Sucking on a penny would be cheaper.
