Summary: Not for people taking prescribed steriods
Comment: I take 2 types of steroids and they have an affect on appetite. I found these didn't help me curb my appetite and I didn't lose more than 3-4 pounds with a bottle over 30 days. I have friends who are not on steroids that think these are great. Just an FYI on the steroids!

Summary: Amazing product!
Comment: I started using this in January of 2008. It actually works! I have lost 20 pounds, and have KEPT IT OFF! My husband didn't believe it, so started his own little experiment by taking it. He found that his mid-morning trips to the vending machines completely stopped. He has lost 24 pounds and has kept it off!
The only drawbacks that I can see is that in the beginning in can cause sleeplessness. Not the 'jittery' kind, but just the ability to keep going, while not realizing that it is 2:00 a.m.! There's a LOT of energy in there! Be careful, though to MAKE yourself eat...good things like an apple or some nuts every few hours, because you can actually forget to eat. Nutrition is VERY important to weight loss.
Also, take flaxseed oil (I prefer the capsules)to prevent constipation. Overall a VERY good product with excellent results!

Comment: i started on this just to lose about 10-20 pounds; well it been 4 months and i lost 52 pounds. I have to say this was not the only thing , i am going to the gym and watching my eating habits more. this did help alot to give that extra something i needed.

Comment: It took very little effort for me to lose 10 pounds in a month. It helps to limit your portions and takes away any cravings you may have. I actually turned down a donut the second day I was on it because "it didn't sound good". The only concern I have is that now that I've been off of it for a few weeks the cravings are back full force and I'm needing to really make an effort to eat healthier and exercise (of which I know I should be doing anyways) but it just seems harder to lose the weight without solo slim. You only have to take it once a day and I had very little to no side effects. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight and I tell anyone and everyone about it.

Comment: I started taking Solo Slim at the end of February so that I could drop 10 pounds before I was to go on a cruise in April. By the cruise I had dropped 16 pounds and all together I have now lost 35 pounds in less than 4 months. Hope this helps and I wish everyone good results.
