Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Good sound quality, annoying features (and lack of) Comment: I always liked Panasonic products but this one is going back. The sound quality is fine, but there are too many issues: - Caller ID is really cumbersome - No indicator of how many messages have been received - REALLY annoying ringtones. Most of them drive my dogs NUTS! - Keypad not lighted - Amber LED stays ON all the time unless a message is waiting (in which case, it flashes): it is bright enough I wouldn't want to put it in my bedroom! The only reason I was upgrading from my 4-5 year old Uniden set was that it was 2.4 GHz and suffered from interference with our microwave and wireless router. I didn't realize it had so many features that I just took for granted. Now I've ordered a Uniden DECT 6.0 phone system, which should be much better! P.S. Minor annoyance: the packing slip shows it was supposed to have 6 NiMH batteries, but it only had a package of 4. More Reviews
