Customer Rating: Summary: It doesn't even deserve one star! Comment: My husband purchased this laptop for me for christmas before he deployed so that we could stay in touch. I love it at first I downloaded pictures and installed wirless so that I could talk to him when ever. Well 2 days after opening it the harddrive fried, not to mention that Sony won't take it back since we live overseas. I HATE THIS THINK what a waste of money! One thing to start with is the price, it is very good and competitive (I did look around) also the screen looks so bright and the picture is fantastic. I have grown ever fond of sony in the past couple of years but only recently have I been this happy with them. Everything I have ever bought with the name sony on it has lived up to my ever growing expectations, this laptop is no exception. If you are looking around for a laptop I would advise to give sony's modles a look, they have such style and class in there design, and are packed with features and nice layouts. This is a great laptop, I am happy I bought it.
