Summary: It Kept Mosquitos Away
Comment: Mosquitos find me as if they have GPS, so I've tried many repellents. The all-natural ones (citronella, geranium oils, etc) I've tried are not strong enough to keep mosquitos away, because if I miss one centimeter of skin, I'll get bitten. The first time I tried Bullfrog Mosquito Coast, I saw a mosquito attempt to land on my finger and FLY AWAY. I had applied the lotion on the backs of my hands, but not on my fingers or palms because I like having my hands clean. I can't speak for the sunblock because I tan easily. I would give this product 5 stars IF: 1) it didn't feel oily; 2) I knew it used natural ingredients; 3) it didn't have that annoying sunscreen smell. If you try it, apply a THIN coat and it will feel less oily. Despite its drawbacks, it works!

Summary: Easy to Apply
Comment: This was my first time buying a "spray on" sunscreen. I purchased it because it is also a DEET-free mosquito repellent. I have very fair skin and I am a mosquito magnet. I was outside, in the grass and sunshine, for about two hours. I did not burn. I did not get bit. I was thrilled that I could apply sunscreen to my own back simply by spraying it over my shoulder.
Mosquito Coast has a rather pleasant smell and goes on light--no heavy, greasy feeling. It dries pretty quick too.
I think the previous reviewer had difficulty with the sunscreen because
1) They were out on the water, which always intensifies sun exposure
2) Most people do not understand how sunblock works. My base time to burn (how long it takes with no base tan and no sunblock on) is about 10 minutes. A sunblock of 30 SPF gives me 30 x's that much time--about five hours before I start to burn. If I am out in water or more intense sun, that time is shortened. Reapplying sunscreen does NOT add to your time. If you are swimming, re-applying makes sure that you are still covered in sunblock, that it hasn't washed off, but it will not give you additional time before you burn.

Summary: Not worth the price
Comment: I recently went to the lake to take my twin boys swimming. We got there around 12 PM and sprayed the Bull Frog Mosquito Coast all over us. Then we got out around 2 and sprayed down again. This was suppose to be an 8 hr protector but to be safe we used it every 2 hours. Now the insect repellent worked, we didnt get bit once. The sunscreen could be better, I am so burnt my skin is swollen, luckily the twins were wearing a water suit they werent burnt too bad. Maybe they could make the SPF higher because SPF 30 hurts.
