Editorial Reviews:

Minimal size, maximum audio performance and style. The MOTOPURE H12 is the ultimate in clarity, luxury, freedom and comfort. The first Bluetooth enabled headset with Motorola's audio-enhancing CrystalTalk for headsets technology, the MOTOPURE H12 allows users to hear better and be heard. The MOTOPURE H12 headset also has the smallest Motorola external speaker to-date, assuring 'fits-like-a-glove' comfort and elegance thanks to its TrueComfort ear bud design and high gloss finishes. The MOTOPURE H12 features Motorola's proprietary CrystalTalk for headsets technology, which makes it possible to have natural phone conversations in dynamic noisy environments. It uses two microphones to separate the user's voice from background and wind noise, enhancing the user's voice and channeling pure, clear audio directly into the user's ear.The MOTOPURE H12 feels as good as it looks and sounds. The TrueComfort design is the result of an intensive two-year ergonomic measurement study of the human ear, research that spanned age, sex and race. The result: a fit that is optimized around comfort, style and audio performance.Perforated alloy bezel and diamond-cut metal, high gloss accents and a soft touch side housing deliver a discreet yet stunning headset. Minimalist and sleek, the H12 is smaller than a lipstick or golf tee and weighs only 12 grams. The H12 comes with matching desktop charger, charging case and carrying solution - a complete solution to carry, help protect, and charge in style.

Summary: Beautiful design, terrible performance
Comment: I wanted a noise reducing blue tooth headset and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I got suckered into trying this because of it's beautiful design, charging cradle and Motorola name. I don't know how Motorola could put their name on this piece of crap. I got constant static on both ends of my conversation. Everyone I called complained that they could not hear me. I had to constantly repeat myself and talk very loud to be heard. I tried pairing it with my new LG Dare and also my iPhone. The results with both phones were the same, horrible!

I later purchased a Blue Ant and for less money and got superior performance. However I still wasn't completely satisfied so I broke down and got the Jawbone II and now I get stellar performance. The Jawbone is the lightest of the 3 and far more comfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Motorola. You can get the Blue Ant cheaper and be much happier or if you really want top of the line get the Jawbone II.

Summary: Solid earpiece
Comment: After returning my Jawbone, I went to the Sprint store and asked for a solid earpiece. The H12 was the answer to that question. I received it and it has worked solid for me ever since. Calls come in loud and clear. Volume is not an issue and most importantly, ear comfort is great. Solid earpiece that delivers...

Summary: Comfortable and light.
Comment: I have 3 different headsets and this is the most comfortable and lightweight. However, the microphone still is not clear to people I talk to. It would be great to have a mic volume control for the H12. I can hear fine but my wife says the plantronics 510 I have is better.
I like that headset, but its older, dated and clunky looking. As for the H12,I think its the noise cancelling feature that my wife is not use to...She says when I talk, it tends to fade in and out. I love the comfort of it and the charger. The other headset I have is the Motorola H500. That one is clear, but doesn't stay on your ear well...it sucks big time.

Summary: Motorola Pure H12 Motopure Bluetooth Headset
Comment: Love the fit, the size, the look, the magnetic AC charger, and the receiving sound quality. As far as the transmit sound quality from the headset- I've received complaints that it sounds like I'm talking from far away, but evidently has been very understandable. I haven't experienced any snapping and cracking sounds that others have mentioned. I'm used to the Motorola H700 series headsets that I felt were uncomfortable and hard to hear at times. This H12 model feels more secure when on your ear and the speaker actually goes into your ear rather than resting up against your ear where it can move around. I like that this version has an on/off switch on it also. The pairing of this device to a Motorola phone is a simple process. These are wonderful for women with purses. The phone remains safely in the purse and the individual is able to easily answer calls and dial out via a voice dial feature on most phones without getting your phone out. I recommend this product over the earlier versions of headsets Motorola produced.

Summary: Very comfortable, Very clear
Comment: I really like this product! The people on the other end listening to me think I am on a land line! It's very comfortable, sometimes I forget I even have it in my ear. There is one thing I don't like, sometimes it's hard to press the button and there is a little delay when you answer. You have to give it about 2-3 seconds before it picks up who is calling you.
Other than that..............I LOVE IT!!!
Jody
