Summary: Great Stethoscope
Comment: Very good acoustics. If it lasts as long as my previous Littman (11 years) I will be very happy. Only problem is that the headpiece is heavier than the rest of the stethoscope so it tends to slide down towards the heavier end (head piece) if worn around the shoulders.

Comment: I never really thought it mattered what stethoscope you had. If it cost 15 or 60 dollars I didn't think there was much difference. I stand corrected. After listening to lung and heart sounds through this Littmann, I will never again settle for a cheap imitation.
